If you like Witchfinder General you'll love this film. It's a grim, horrific dramatization of the witch tribunals of the 1600s. You'll cringe as overzealous clergymen bring innocent women in front of tribunals, force them to confess to acts of witchcraft, then subject them to unthinkable acts of torture.
