For their second album Endangered Species, White Wolf faced pressure to deliver a hit. Recorded in Holland with producer Shell Schellekens, the band crafted a polished hard rock set including a cover of Magnum's "Just Like an Arrow." Despite strong material and planned major tour support, label upheaval stalled momentum, and the band was eventually dropped. Today, the album stands as a classy slice of mid-'80s melodic hard rock.
