We All Fall Down

22 year-old boy is quite simply struggling in life to figure out what to do and how to do it. With tendencies towards nihilism, he questions society's rules of what men are 'supposed to do', such as earning a living and relating to women. Ferrario uses offbeat and various film techniques to good effect. At other times, the change in pace is thrilling and keeps the story alive. We All Fall Down is a delightful film, with a sharp sense of timing and a strong performance by Valerio Mastandrea. Feiju. 2006.
