Various Artists - Rendez-Vous Sylvestre - Saison 2 (Various Artists)

Rendez-vous Sylvestre is a vibrant and contemporary tribute, brought to life by artists from various generations and backgrounds who have come together to celebrate, through music, the extraordinary legacy left by Anne Sylvestre.Whether they knew her personally, sang her songs, or simply admired her, each artist has expressed-in their own way-their deep connection to her world, captured in the raw emotion of a live performance.Following on from the first album, here is the second season of performances recorded and filmed in Paris at the legendary Studio Ferber. Thanks to the musical freedom they were granted, the artists' joy in offering their own personal reinterpretations of the songs they chose to perform comes across fully. Like a living memory, they pay a sincere tribute to Anne Sylvestre's art and personality, blending tenderness, whimsy, indignation, and hope.
