Camille (Emmanuelle Béart) is a beautiful concert violinist involved in an affair with the married Maxime (André Dussollier). She finds herself drawn into an unexpected love triangle, however, when she develops feelings for emotionally distant instrument repairman Stéphane (Daniel Auteuil), Maxime's longtime friend and employee.
