Track and Field: Javelin and Shot Put With Stewart Togher

The Track and Field Series is designed for coaches and athletes who are looking for basic yet essential information regarding skill development, technique and training programs to improve performance. Featuring former members of the University of Oregon, Men's Track and Field coaching staff, each program builds fundamental skills for athletes and a solid training program from which an athlete can build. Stewart Togher is recognized as a leading authority on the throwing events, particularly the techniques of the hammer. Togher has worked regularly with many elite throwers, including Lance Deal, an American Record Holder in the Hammer. Teaches: Winning techniques, basic fundamentals and skill analysis to improve performance.
