Coming off of a two-week bender, lifelong loser Tim Madden (Ryan O'Neal) found not just his ex (Isabella Rossellini) shacking up with the local police chief (Wings Hauser) but his car soaked in blood and a woman's severed head in his outdoor drug stash.
