Todd Terry is largely responsible for the remarkable global upsurge in popularity of 'House' music in the late 1980s. As a DJ, Todd Terry became one of the main attractions during the 80s in the premier dance club, The Paradise Garage in New York's Brooklyn district, Terry's home town. He went on to form Freeze Records and has been a much in demand mixer for artists such as Bjork, Tina Turner, Jamiroquai, The Rolling Stones and Robert Plant to name but a few!
