Three Days In August

When an adopted Irish-American artist invites both her birth parents and her adopted parents to come together for a weekend, she intends to paint a full family portrait. As her two lives clash, she confronts feelings of early loss and realizes the deep need for love between parents and children. This film shows the universal, but uncommonly shared, human struggle for reconciliation.
