The Weather Man

Nicolas Cage plays the title role, popular Chicago TV "meteorological expert" David Spritz, whose private life is as stormy as his career prospects are bright. As David wrestles with a chance at joining a New York-based network morning show, he attempts to reconcile with his ex-wife (Hope Davis), his troubled children (Nicholas Hoult, Gemmenne de la Peña), and his ailing author father (Michael Caine).
