The Strangler

Hulking, soft-spoken lab technician Leo Kroll (Victor Buono) is burdened with low self-esteem and a domineering, wheelchair-bound mother (Ellen Corby). Oh, he's working out his issues. Trouble is, he's doing so by stalking young nurses, throttling them, and throwing his city into a panic.
