After four years back in his native Iran, Ahmad (Ali Mosaffa) returns to Paris to finalize his divorce from estranged wife Marie (Bérénice Bejo), and say his goodbyes to ex-stepdaughter Lucie (Pauline Burlet). Mindful of the tension levels he finds between mother, daughter, and Marie's new fiancé (Tamar Rahim), Ahmad attempts to pick apart the reasons for Lucie's withdrawal and resentment, in this arresting effort from Asghar Farhadi ("A Separation"). 130 min.
