The Little American

This Cecil B. DeMille production stars Mary Pickford as Angela Moore, an American woman caught between the affections of two soldiers, one German, the other French. When both are called to fight in World War I, Angela goes to France to care for her aunt, and, after a near-disaster on the seas, she re-enters the men's lives.
