The Kingston Trio Story: Wherever We May Go

In the late '50's, up until the Beatles hit, The Kingston Trio were the biggest performing group in the country. They launched the American folk revival, setting the stage for Peter, Paul & Mary, Bob Dylan and many others. For the first time, their entire story is told from their first big hit, "Tom Dooley," up until the present day as original member Bob Shane still leads the group on sold out concert tours. The DVD includes the entire PBS broadcast, plus an additional 90 minutes of bonus footage, interviews with the Trio and friends, even their 7-UP commercials. This will be a must have for Kingston Trio fans and PBS will be pounding the airwaves heavily with this during pledge drives.
