The Grudge

Japanese director Takashi Shimizu's eerie remake of his own thriller "Ju-On" stars Sarah Michelle Gellar as Karen Davis, an American health care worker living in Tokyo who takes a job as personal nurse to a woman with a bizarre sleep disorder. Davis discovers the woman's house is gripped by a horrific curse, caused by a violent act years earlier and gaining strength with each life it claims.
