The Girl Without Hands

One of the Brothers Grimm's most unsettling fables, animated in striking minimalist style, follows the odyssey of a young woman (voiced by Anaïs Demoustier) who's cost her hands as a result of a pact between her greedy miller father (Olivier Broche) and the Devil (Philippe Laudenbach). Leaving home in anger, she wins the heart of a benevolent prince (Jérémie Elkaïm), but the resentful Tempter resolves to deny her happily ever after.
