Frustrated by the restrictions he faces while trying to inspire the kids in his charge, a small-town teacher (Vlastimil Brodský) has his life turned around when an eccentric circus comes to his village-and one of the attractions is a mystical, sunglasses-sporting tabby with the ability to literally bring out the "true colors" of anyone that meets it's gaze.
