The Autopsy of Jane Doe

Tommy (Brian Cox) and Austin Tilden (Emile Hirsch) are father-and-son coroners tasked with performing an autopsy on the body of an unidentified, recently murdered woman. Their examination reveals a series of strange and disturbing facts about the victim and how she died, which, accompanied by increasingly bizarre occurrences around their lab, lead the Tildens down a dark path fraught with unspeakable horrors.
