The duo boast a curious blend of live instrumentation - Kate Jacobson on vocals, guitar, bass and hi-hat tambourine and Benjamin P Dougherty on lap steel, dobro guitar, vocals and kick drum. They have been compared to such artists such as Neko Case, Gillian Welch, Lucinda Williams, Mazzy Starr, Townes Van Zandt and Leonard Cohen. The band's first album "Take a Sip" and the previous released "Macy & Me / Caroline" double a Side single have received airplay worldwide.
