Seventyish writer/archivist Jean-Michel (Rémy Girard) was finding life in his Quebec retirement facility dull and unchallenging. That would change, due to a stream of livid protesters incensed about the political incorrectness of the home's mural depicting settlers and indigenous peoples-and he'd find the hubbub recharging his interest in life and love.
