T.V.Not January - Ima Wo Ikimu

This is the first album in six years, after releasing the single 'August Water' on Bandcamp in 2022 and a split EP with Chicago emo/indie rock band Ratboys on Topshelf Records in 2023. Unlike theprevious album 'Futsu', which was produced by Reizaburo Adachi and featured guests Kaoru Tanaka and Mei Ehara, this album did not feature any guests and was recorded little by little over time in an old wooden house in the countryside of Shizuoka Prefecture where the members live. It is a self-produced work that was handled by the members themselves, including the mix. The album contains a total of 10 songs, including a re-recorded version of the aforementioned 'August Water', as well as an unreleased new song that has already been performed live. The sounds of children clearing their throats, singing, the voices of insects living in the countryside, and construction sounds are all mixed together, packaging fresh songs and performances that give a more life-like feel than ever before.
