Starland Vocal Band's self-titled debut album was originally released on John Denver's label, Windsong Records in 1976. It features the band's most well-known song, "Afternoon Delight," which topped the Billboard Hot 100 chart in July 1976. That song was certified Gold and won a Grammy Award the following year. Billboard named "Afternoon Delight" one of the sexiest songs of all time. To celebrate Starland Vocal Band's 50th anniversary, it has been re-pressed on CD.
