Stardust

Stylish-if somewhat fictionalized-telling of David Bowie's (Johnny Flynn) 1971 promotional tour in the States finds the young British rocker staging a series of private shows when he's unable to legally perform in America. Bowie's experiences in the U.S. impel him to remake his public image, ultimately leading to the genesis of his legendary Ziggy Stardust persona.
