Off-kilter drama concerns college dropout Ross (Jason Schwartzman), who becomes the chauffeur for crystal meth lab operator "the Cook" (Mickey Rourke) in exchange for free drugs. Surrounded by a variety of strange characters-including a speed dealer (John Leguizamo) and a lesbian biker (Deborah Harry)-Ross soon descends into narcotic-fueled despair.
