Piloting his family over Appalachia for his father's funeral, self-made lawyer Marquis T. Woods (Omari Hardwick) couldn't keep his plane from going down... and he woke up alone in the attic of the kindly-seeming Ms. Eloise (Loretta Devine). As she ministers to him, it becomes increasingly evident that he's not free to leave-and that she, and her dark magic practicing community, have an unholy agenda.
