Rising from the ashes of psychedelic doom merchants Acrimony, Sigiriya bring forth hefty, tremor-inducing sonics that pay homage to the riff. The foursome possesses a dynamic, lean, and dense sound. Recorded live onto analogue tape at Sonic One Studios in South Wales, the album's mix was completed in New York by Andrew Schneider (Shrine builder, Scissor fight, Big Business).
