Alkisah / Senyawa - Indonesian duo Senyawa ? vocalist Rully Shabara and instrumentalist Wukir Suryadi ? combine doom metal, ritual drone, and avant-garde improvisation into something unique and powerful. They have previously collaborated with Stephen O'Malley (Sunn O)))), Arrington de Dionyso, Keiji Haino and others. Alkisah is released through a cooperative arrange- ment with 30+ labels across the globe, in an attempt to decentralize the hierarchical structures of the music industry, particularly the distribution system.
