In the Kuala Lumpur offices of Fony Corp., the big cigars were pondering two problems on the payroll-a full-of-herself talk show host (Jerrica Xufei Lai) with tanking ratings and an engineer (Peter Davis) who built everything into his miracle soybean processor except planned obsolescence.
