Section A - Sacrifice

2010 release from the Progressive Metal band, their first album in four years and third studio album overall. Led by the rich vocals of Andy Engberg and the virtuoso guitar work of Torben Enevoldsen (Acacia Avenue, Fatal Force) the band is completed by new drummer Thomas Heintzelmann (Decoy). Sacrifice marks a heavier and more direct approach from Section A with a more streamlined song orientated approach than it's two predecessors the Seventh Sign (2003) and Parallel Lives (2006). The Progressive elements of it's predecessors are used more sparingly this time round and lyrically there is no concept to follow yet the album does tread the a similar ground in lyric subject matter.
