When a meager fishing catch leaves his Yeosu trawler headed for sale, the desperate captain (Kim Yoon-Seok) agreed to make a run for a different type of cargo-two dozen ethnic Korean illegal immigrants fleeing China. Between the unforgiving elements and dogged pursuit by the South Korean maritime authorities, the trip would have a stunningly tragic outcome.
