Samuel Andreyev - Iridescent Notation

The Kyiv-based Ukho Ensemble, conducted by Luigi Gaggero, works with soloists Maren Schwier and Dina Pysarenko in two newer pieces and presents four ensemble works. The music, in spite of it's nervous and fragmented vocabulary, succeeds in the alchemical mutation of our existential anguish and loss of presence to ourselves into a fascinating and vibrant listening experience.
