Rulers of the City

Young Italian debt collector Tony (Harry Baer) dreams of a better life in Brazil, so he pairs up with another mob enforcer (Vittorio Caprioli) to con a fortune out of infamous mob boss "Scarface" Manzari (Jack Palance), who killed Tony's father. But Scarface isn't so quick to roll over, and Tony soon discovers how dangerous traveling on the road to riches can be.
