After a half-century of happy marriage, sudden widowhood left Rose Goldberg (Françoise Fabian) rudderless, and her grown kids, mired in their own issues, weren't of much help. New acquaintance with outgoing generational peer Marceline (Michèle Moretti) helps bring her to the realization that there's experiences yet to be had and life yet to be lived.
