Following up 2008's NIGHT-TIME STORIES, Chicago born vocalist, Robert Owens, is now releasing his second album for the German Compost imprint. ART is maybe Owen's best work in a career spanning more than two decades and numerous hit singles and dance classics like "I'll Be Your Friend," "Bring Down the Walls," "Mine to Give," and "Tears" to name but a few.
