This CD combines compositions by Wolfgang Rihm dedicated to the Austrian painter Kurt Kocherscheidt (1943-1992) and works inspired by Kocherscheidts paintings and sculptures. Wolfgang Rihm says: "Every Art is a fine art or formative art. At the moment when it is perceived this is true in it's literal sense."
