2009 two CD collection. Young, cute and almost unfeasibly handsome, 16 year old Rick Nelson was already a TV star via his mom and pop's weekly family sitcom the Adventures of Ozzie & Harriet, so when he announced he was cutting his first record he could hardly fail. Ricky duly unleashed a run of million selling singles and albums, and during the late '50s he was second in popularity only to Elvis. This compilation covers his 1957/58 recordings, and features fifteen major hits including 'I'm Walking', 'A Teenagers Romance', 'Have I Told You Lately That I love You' and 'Poor Little Fool'..Also included are his first three LPs, Ricky, Ricky Nelson and Ricky Sings Again in their entirety, alongside a number of hard to find collectors rarities.
