Return Of The Scarecrow

A small, rural community is terrorized by the legend of an evil scarecrow who awakens every few years to satisfy an ancient lust for blood. A duo of local hillbillies decide to play a prank, dressing as scarecrows to frighten local teens, but the plan backfires when the scarecrow of lore rises from his slumber and goes on a killing spree.
