Qibe - Nafas Batin

Qibe is Syakti Fiandana's solo project and he started to make music at his home in Jakarta, Indonesia from 2011. "Nafas Batin" is his first CD album release. You will notice his remarkable talent at first listen - dynamic guitar sounds splashing all over the heartfelt melodies, and they sound like shoegaze vocal tracks although they are all instrumental. He says he tried to keep the arrangements simple as possible with some nostalgic feeling, and maybe that's why the album sounds so attracting and emotional. Along with Desktop Error and Moscow Olympics, here's another brilliant musician arising from the rapidly growing South east Asia scene.
