Recently wed, recently widowed, and pregnant, Natalie Flores (Alicia Sanz), threw herself into her work as a realtor-and promised the boss that she could move the languishing rural mansion with the history of violent episodes. The sole prospective buyer (Raúl Castillo) to show up at the open house was disturbingly well-versed in the property's lore... and he'd take her to horrifying lengths to show how much, in this chiller from David Charbonier and Justin Douglas Powell ("The Boy Behind the Door"). 89 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack: English DTS HD 5.1 Master Audio; Subtitles: English (SDH); audio commentary; deleted scenes; behind the scenes footage.
