This amazing amalgamation of action, stunts, and comedy stars Jackie Chan (who directed and co-wrote) as Dragon Ma, a disgraced naval policeman in early-1900s Hong Kong looking for redemption. He finds it when he teams with a city cop (Yuen Biao) and a shady sailor (Sammo Hung) to tackle ruthless pirates.
