Jamaican born Precious Wilson spent most of her formative years living in the UK, and then the USA, where as a teen where she developed her soulful voice through gospel singing. Returning to the UK Wilson joined the all-male vocal group Eruption as a backing singer, only to take the reigns as lead vocalist when the spot quickly became available. Relocating to Germany the group caught the attention of Boney M producer Frank Farian who signed them to his Hansa label. Following on from BBR's re-issues of Eruption's first two releases, Hot Shot Records are proud to present the expanded and remastered edition of On The Race Track by Precious Wilson.
