The music Peder Af Ugglas creates knows no boundaries. Sure, the blues is in a way a solid foundation for everything, but here it's mixed with rock, jazz and various kinds of folk music. On his self titled third solo album, the first on the Rootsy label, the music is sometimes beautiful and almost hypnotic and the next moment it's intense and demanding. The music is more or less instrumental but still it lives, breathes and communicates.
