Brooklyn trio Painted Zeros expand their sound on their debut full-length Floriography, a concept album dealing with love, loss, and the anxieties of living in post-industrial capitalist society. Lush strings color the spaces between melodic guitar lines and front woman Katie Lau's dreamy vocal delivery.
