Tennessee natives Oubliette are back with their sophomore album The Passage, in which they have truly sharpened their melodic black/death metal sound to their own while still taking an occasional nod to their influences. The emotion displayed in the heavy lyrical content and in the carefully written melodies takes the listener on quite an intense journey.
