Operation Scorpio

A student who spends his time drawing cartoons of martial arts heroes rescues a young girl from the clutches of a prostitution ring. When his actions get him kicked out of school, the lad winds up working at a noodle shop and learning martial arts in a neighboring gym, but can he defeat the deadly "scorpion" fighting technique of the ringleader's son?
