Oliver Lake - What I Heard

What I Heard is the third CD of the Oliver Lake group with hammond organ. The first was a trio CD followed by a quartet and now the second organ quartet cd by Oliver Lake. This cd contains all original compositions by Oliver Lake, originally conceived as a performance with spoken word. Compositions are varied and interesting and there is plenty of room for exciting improvisation. This is a very strong musical statement from Oliver Lake Organ Quartet.
