Nowakowski/ Monteverdi Cello Octet - Metanoia

?Composer Mark Nowakowski returns with a powerful and compelling sophomore effort in "Metanoia." His 2017 NAXOS premiere album, Blood Forgotten, saw Nowakowski praised by Gramophone magazine for his "bold and empathetic art." Metanoia certainly continues this theme, containing chamber, vocal, and choral works which tell the story of deep personal struggle and transformation, a fitting commentary on our tumultuous times.
