Troubled Toronto teen Peter (Peter Kastner) didn't have any use for his folks' bourgeois ideals, and after his dad (Claude Rae) left him hung out to dry on a charge of reckless driving, he packed and moved out. Unable to make ends meet or to build the life he wanted with girlfriend Julie (Julie Biggs), his rebuff from his parents leads him to regrettable choices.
