Night Rider

Originally intended as a TV pilot, the Night Rider wound up as a featurette that played mostly at drive-ins and small theaters across the south. So why is there such a cult surrounding this film among Western fans? Well, how about a cast starring Johnny Cash, Johnny Western, Eddie Dean, Merle Travis and Wesley Tuttle!? Cash plays an outlaw (there's a stretch!), while his Don't Take Your Guns to Town is the theme. A must for his fans.
