A Chicago high school student and his friends take a tip from a former student's actions and stage a protest against their oppressive faculty by plastering magazine collages throughout the institution. But as their rebellion gains followers, leader Maddox (Blake Shields) takes his plans too far and begins to sound like some of the administrators he abhors.
